The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gurua P.S. Case No. 89 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 25.02.2023 and it is alleged that there is recovery of 50 liters of country made Mahua liquor. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody and the allegations levelled against the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail
