Counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Dakshin Bihar Gram Bank which is taken on record. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State and learned senior counsel for the Bank. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ayar P.S. Case No.54 of 2020 registered for offences under Sections 409, 240, 120(B), and 485/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Mr. Mahesh Narayan Parbat, learned senior counsel for the Bank submits that in the departmental enquiry, petitioner has not been found to be involved in the alleged crime.

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VII, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ayar P.S. Case No.54 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
