2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bettiah Nagar P.S. Case No. 634 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is managing supply of illegal weapon from the jail. He is accused of eleven more serious cases.

4. Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The petitioner is in custody since 18.12.2024 in a case of year 2015.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.
