ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 07-10-2015 In the nature of dispute between the parties, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre but the dispute could not be resolved.

Considering the merits of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 23.6.2014 is hereby confirmed in connection with Madhepur P.S. case No.134 of 2013 corresponding to G.R. No.923 of 2013 pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur, District Madhubani.

However, from now on the Petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1000/- per month in favour of the Opposite Party No.2 instead of Rs.750/-.
