2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 25 of 2010 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 504, 307/34 of I.P.C.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The bail bond of the petitioner has been cancelled and he is in custody because he has stopped appearing in the case. The petitioner is in custody since 13.03.2026 and claims clean antecedent. He further submits that the petitioner will cooperate in the trial and will appear on each and every date fixed in the trial.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

5. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 25 of 2010 with condition that:- (i) The petitioner shall appear in the trail regularly either personally or through his lawyer and shall cooperate in the trial and non-cooperation in the trial shall result in cancellation of the bail bond of the petitioner.
