JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 15-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Runisaidpur Police Station Case No. 650 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 30, 30(G), 38(i) (ii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case 26.2 liters liquor was recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 13.11.2018.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.D.J.-II, cum-Special Judge
