====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHANDRA PRAKASH SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-05-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

This application is filed for modification of order dated 09.02.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 66709 of 2022. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail on 09.02.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 66709 of 2022 with a direction to surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty thousand rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court concerned, Gaya in connection with Khizer Sarai P.S. Case No. 333 of 2021, but due to marriage

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28230 of 2023(2) dt.03-05-2023 2/2 ceremony in his family, he could not surrender before the learned court below within the stipulated time. In view of the aforesaid facts, let the time to surrender of the petitioner, as ordered on 09.02.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 66709 of 2022 be further extended by four weeks from the receipt of this order.

Accordingly, the modification application is allowed and the order dated 09.02.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 66709 of 2022 is modified to the above extent.

This application stands disposed of.
