2. The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 8(A)(c), 20(b)(I)(a) of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. On a secret information, police conducted raid and recovered 25 green flowered Ganja plants from the door of house of petitioner no. 1 and 15 green flowered Ganja plants from the door of house of petitioner no. 2.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioners have got clean antecedent and are in custody since 29.01.2025. Chargesheet has been submitted. Similarly situated co-accused Murari Chauhan has already been granted bail by a coordinate

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.27571 of 2025(3) dt.31-10-2025 2/2 Bench, vide order dated 30.04.2025 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 25147 of 2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Nawada / concerned Court in connection with Sirdala P.S.
