The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That this petition is being filed with prayer to issue Writ in nature of Certiorarial mandamus, order or direction to quash the impugned office order no.102 of 2022-23 of District Panchayat section of Bhojpur Collectriate, Ara Dtd 28.11.2022 Memo No.2813/ji.pan.Dtd 29.11.2022 qua the petitioner (S N 7) and direct the Respondent authorities concerned to reinstate the petitioner on the post of Panchayat Sachiv and further be pleased to direct Respondent No.3

Patna High Court CWJC No.6552 of 2023(2) dt.22-11-2023 2/2 District Magistrate to make payment of the salary/remuneration and other service financial benefits to the petitioner for work/job performed before his removal from Panchayat Secretary from 01.02.2022 to 29.11.2022 (ten months) with interest."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his relief to issuance of a direction upon the District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara to pay the outstanding salary of the petitioner, for the period he has worked on contract basis, after his retirement.

Having regard to the limited prayer made by the petitioner in the present case, I deem it fit and proper to direct the District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara to examine and ensure payment of admitted outstanding dues of salary for the period the petitioner has actually worked on contract basis after his retirement.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
