ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 07-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner was allowed Provisional anticipatory bail by the order dated 9.1.2015.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he has no instruction as to why the Petitioner has not honoured the terms of agreement.

In view of such, Provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by the order of this Court dated 9.1.2015 in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 19 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge, East Champaran at Motihari, is hereby cancelled. The application stands dismissed.
