2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 394/2016, registered for offence punishable under Sections 307, 353, 504 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47/53 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. It is alleged that 16 named persons, which includes this petitioner, and 100 unknown persons attacked the police party and caused obstruction in discharge of their official duty. Petitioner has got six criminal antecedent.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal
