1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The learned counsel submits that the petitioner was granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by order dated 26.02.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.8362/2024. It is next submitted that petitioner is known as Anil Kumar @ Anil Mahto @ Anil Kumar Verma but in Cr. Misc. No.8362/2024, inadvertently, the alias name Anil Kumar Verma could not be typed, as such, while granting bail, the petitioner in the order dated 26.02.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.8362/2024 was described as Anil Kumar @ Anil Mahto, as such, he could not surrender before the learned trial court. It is next submitted that the instant modification application was filed within the time stipulated for surrender.

3. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is described as " Anil Kumar @ Anil Mahto @ Anil Kumar Verma. The order dated 26.02.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.8362/2024 is modified to the extent indicated above.

4. In the event, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned trial court on or before 27.05.2024, his bail bonds shall be accepted on the same terms and conditions. (Satyavrat Verma, J) amit/- U T
