ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 10-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/ 323/504/325/307/379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no allegation of attack against the present petitioner rather he is said to be the order-giver which led to the episode of the assault on the informant's grandson. He further submits that save and except, the said allegation of mere order-giver, there is no further allegation against the petitioner. There is also history of land dispute. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

In view of the aforementioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest / surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27029 of 2017 (2) dt.10-07-2017 P2/2 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No. 162/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
