In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Chausa P.S. Case No.188 of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/323/307/354/325/379/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation has been made that when the informant was doing the work in her field the petitioners and other accused persons came there holding various lethal weapons and started assaulting her. Allegation has been made against the petitioner nos. 1 and 2 that they have tried to outrage the modesty of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26891 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 2/2 informant.
It appears that there is a case and counter case between the parties. The dispute has taken place on account of land dispute and the injury sustained by the informant is simple in nature.
Looking to the aforesaid facts, let the above-named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the S.D.J.M., UdaKishunganj, District-Madhepura, in connection with Chausa P.S. Case No.188 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Shivaji Pandey, J) pawan/- U T
