Petitioner is accused in connection with S. Tr. No. 525 of 2018 arising out of Balia P.S. Case No. 339 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 376/511 and 307/34 of the I.P.C.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that admittedly, there is land dispute between the parties. Further submission is that there is specific allegation of firing against co-accused Krishna Mohan Mishra. Nothing specific has been alleged against this petitioner.
