1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner had earlier moved this court seeking regular bail by filing Cr. Misc. No.87548/2025 and the same came to be rejected by an order dated 10.02.2026 with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that brother of the petitioner was to get married on 29.04.2026, as such a supplementary affidavit was filed seeking provisional bail but then the case could not be taken up, hence the said prayer became infructuous. It is also submitted that charges till date has not been framed, thus seeks permission to withdraw the regular bail application with liberty to the petitioner to renew his
