JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-10-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. i) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus for commanding and directing the respondent authorities concerned to accept the joining of the petitioner as junior line man by extending his
Patna High Court CWJC No.18626 of 2015(2) dt.06-10-2023 2/2 contract as the contract of the petitioner has not been renewed after 31.12.2013 on flimsy ground.
ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus for commanding and directing the respondent authorities concerned to reinstate the petitioner on the respective post of junior line man as he has been not allowed to work without any rhyme or reason.
iii) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus for commanding and directing the respondent authorities concerned to pay the salary/honorarium of the petitioner since March, 2013 to till date as the petitioner has been continuously discharging his duty, but his salary has been stopped without any rhyme or reason."
