The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 31.03.2021, issued under the signature of CGM HR (Company Management) whereby and whereunder the representation dated 15.01.2022 filed in pursuant to the order of this Court dated 22.12.2021, passed in C.W.J.C. No. 10120 of 2020, came to be rejected.

3. At the outset, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that he has been instructed that the petitioner has approached before the Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi seeking a direction against the defendant nos. 1 to 4 to pay compensation/ damage along with interest.

4. In this view of the matter, a fair submission has been made that once the petitioner is pursuing her remedy before the competent court, it would not be appropriate to pursue two parallel remedies, hence he prays to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to the petitioner to assail the same in the proceeding aforenoted.

5. Learned Advocate for the Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited submits that the petitioner has neither any territorial jurisdiction nor even in merit, the petitioner is entitled to get the relief.

6. Be that as it may, this Court does not find any reason or occasion to adjudicate the matter, since the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with the liberty aforesaid.

7. In view thereof, the present writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to approach before the competent court where the matter is
