2. The petitioner has prayed for bail in connection with Bypass P.S. Case No.490 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 352 of the BNS.

3. The case of the prosecution, in short, is that the petitioner who is nephew of the informant demanded Rupees Five Thousand for seeing fair whereupon the informant paid only Rs.500/-. On this, the petitioner got furiated and assaulted with knife to the informant.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that this is a dispute between maternal uncle and his nephew and the injuries which are caused to the informant are simple in nature. Learned counsel for the

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State. Learned APP has stated that though the nature of injury is simple but the same is on vital part.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Patna City in connection with Bypass P.S. Case No.490 of 2025.
