The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 176/2015 registered under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the recovery of DBBL gun and cartridges from beneath the bed of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him bail. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
