Petitioner seeks bail in S.T. Excise Case No.121 of 2019 arising out of Chhatapur P.S. Case No.50 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 25(1-b)A, 26 of the Arms Act and Section 37-C of the Bihar Prohibition Excise Act, 2016.

In the written report, it is alleged that this petitioner was waving gun after taking liquor.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 26.02.2019 having clean antecedents. Looking into clean antecedents of the petitioner, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21515 of 2019(2) dt.05-04-2019 2/2 bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional District & Sessions Judge II cum Special Judge, Excise, Supaul, in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No.50 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.

The petitioner will file an Affidavit at the time of his furnishing bail bond that he will not indulge in such activities in future, otherwise, his bail bond in the instant case will liable to be cancelled.
