The petitioner seeks bail in Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 327 of 2020, registered for the offence under Section 457/380 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the F.I.R., some unknown persons committed theft in the house of informant of several articles including jewellery amounting to Rs. one crore.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that name of petitioner has come during course of investigation on the basis of CCTV footage. No looted article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and till date, petitioner has not been put on T.I.P. Petitioner is in custody since 06.12.2020. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
