JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 08-10-2015 Taking into consideration the stand of the University in the supplementary counter affidavit especially paragraph-5, let the petitioner comply with the requirements with payment of requisite fee. Once it is done, the Controller of Examination, Magadh University, Gaya will ensure issuance of the original degree unless there is legal impediment. If it is so, it must be indicated in writing. All this exercise will be done within four weeks after filing of such application etc. before the Controller of Examination. Writ application stands disposed of with the above direction.
