ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 09-01-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No.270 of 2016 for allegedly having committed the offences under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the entire case relates to certain calculations in the accounts of the Self-Help Group, namely, Bhagwati Mahila Svayam Sahayata Samuh, which is a registered society under the Societies Registration Act and that certain members had already withdrawn money, which fell in their share and also that the petitioners have no criminal

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36721 of 2016 (4) dt.09-01-2017 2/2 antecedents, let both the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of `10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, West Muzaffarpur, in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No.270 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
