ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 08-10-2015 The petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 30.08.2013 by which the S.D.J.M, Vaishali in G.R. No. 1272 of 2009, Tr. No. 1227 of 2014 arising out of Goraul P.S. Case No. 97 of 2009 has cancelled the bail bonds of the petitioner. In the facts of the case the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below on which he shall be released on conditions :

That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner, who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the petitioner. The bailor will undertake to furnish information to the court about any change in the address of the petitioner, That the petitioner will give an undertaking that he will receive the police papers on the given date and be present

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31743 of 2014 (4) dt.08-10-2015 2/2 on date fixed for charge and if he fails to do so on two given dates and delays the trial in any manner, his bail will be liable to be cancelled for reasons of misuse.

That the petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.

The application stands disposed off.
