In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Gogari P.S. Case No. 106 of 2017 registered for offences under sections 419, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 10 of the Bihar Examination Act, 1981. The person who has been arrested from the examination room has disclosed that he has appeared on behalf of the present petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is a minor.

In that view of the matter, the petitioner should appear before the Juvenile Justice Board and should take necessary steps
