2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 596 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 191(2)(3), 190, 126(2), 329(3), 115(2), 109(1), 103(2), 351(2), 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, for a trivial dispute, accused persons assaulted the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner who is a woman. The petitioner is in custody since 27.12.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State as well as the learned counsel for the informant has vehemently opposed the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30889 of 2025(2) dt.15-05-2025 2/2 prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Bagaha, West Champaran/concerned Court below in connection with Ram Nagar P.S. Case No. 596 of 2024.
