2. The writ petition has been filed for:- "(i) For issuance of writ in the nature of command directing the respondents to release

2/4 the land of Mauza Kutubpur, Thana No. 469, Anchal Bidupur from the notification PR. No.

10322(District) 2024-25 published in the daily news paper Hindustan dated 11.10.2024 by which date was fixed for 19.10.2004 for hearing the public in respect of acquisition of land for construction of approach road to Chechar Museum. Chechar, Vaishali.

(ii) For issuance of writ in the nature of command directing the respondents to dispose of the different representations filed by the petitioners along with other local persons with a prayer to release the land of Mauza Kutubpur, Thana No. 469, Anchal- Bidupur from acquisition process and to acquire other lands of different khata and plot of Mauza Chechar which is Govt. land and is still vacant.

(iii) For issuance of writ in the nature of command directing the respondents to not proceed with the acquisition process till final disposal of this writ petition and to maintain status-quo.

3/4 (iv) For issuance of any other writ/writs, order/orders for which petitioner deemed entitled to.

3. The matter relates to acquisition of land for the construction of approach road for Chechar Museum. Chechar, Vaishali and Mr. Ranjan Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for the petitioners has taken this Court to Annexure P/1 to show that the Notification issued under the signature of the Collector, Vaishali (Respondent No.2) is so vague inasmuch as though the area to be acquired is recorded along with the Circle and the village, the other details inasmuch as both land is/are going to be acquired, do not find place.

4. He submits that a representation was preferred before the Collector, Vaishali (Respondent No.2) without any reply forcing them to file the present petition.

5. No one represent the State.

6. This Court finds force in the submission of learned counsel for the petitioners. A Notification has been issued, pursuant thereto, the entire details of the land that has/have to be acquired must be there so that the aggrieved persons can approach and submit their grievances.

7. However, in such matters of importance, the State-

4/4 respondents are not represented. Hence, it would appropriate that each and every individual (petitioners herein) should file their separate representation along with all the details before the Collector, Vaishali (Respondent No.2) in next four weeks.

8. If such representation comes before the Collector, Vaishali (Respondent No.2) for consideration, he/she is duty bound to look into the matter and take the same to its logical conclusion, so that the petitioners, may have further avenue to agitate the matter.

9. The writ petition stands disposed of.
