The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Daniyawa P.S. Case No. 139 of 2015 registered under Sections 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the Doctor has found simple injury over the person of the informant. Moreover, the case has been compromised between the parties (Annexure-2). Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
