Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 467/2021 registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a)/41(i)(ii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The petitioners are full brothers and they have not been arrested on the spot.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24715 of 2022(2) dt.20-05-2022 2/2 the present anticipatory bail application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Executive Special Judge, Excise, Chapra (Saran), in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 467/2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.

The petitioners are directed to appear before the Chapra Town Police Station on the 1st Sunday of the each month.
