2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Angarh P.S. Case No. 17 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals are said to have committed loot in the house of the informant.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 9.12.2024.

5. The name of the petitioner has come in the selfinculpatory statement of the co-accused and the petitioner has also confessed his guilt.

6. The petitioner is also accused in two more cases of similar and serious nature and he is a member of organized gang.

7. Considering the nature of allegations levelled against the petitioner and also considering the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

8. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

9. The petitioner is given liberty to renew his prayer for bail if the prosecution delays the trial of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
