The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

The Circle Officer alleged in his written petition that land possession certificate issued in favour of Chandrajeet Sah is found to be forged. Chandrajeet Sah has stated that he got land possession certificate from the petitioner.

It is submitted that there is no document to show that the petitioner got the land possession certificate prepared. Name of the petitioner figured in the statement of Chandrajeet Sah. Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51807 of 2014 (4) dt.09-10-2015 2/2 below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Chandraveer Singh, the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jhanjharpur in Khutauna P.S. Case No. 01 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
