JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-10-2015 Petitioner apprehends arrest in Kotwa P.S. Case No. 202 of 2014 instituted under sections 272, 273, 467, 468, 420 of the Indian Penal Code and 47(A) Excise Act. The allegation is that some people were found operating in illicit distillation place on the petitioner's land. Petitioner states that he does not know any such activity that was being carried on his land.

Be that as it may, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks be released on bail till submission of charge sheet on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction
