The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 342, 323, 325, 308, 354, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, these petitioners alongwith their muscle man came to the house of informant and confined them in their room, looted gold jewellery as also other house-hold articles and tried to outrage her modesty. It is further alleged that they also assaulted informant and her both sons with iron rod, due to which, they sustained injury. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that there is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24845 of 2022(2) dt.12-09-2022 2/2 case and counter case and both sides sustained injury. The injury sustained by the informant is simple in nature. Petitioners have clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhagalpur in connection with Mojahidpur (Babarganj) P.S. Case No. 175 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
