The petitioner has filed the instant writ petition for the following reliefs:- "(i) Arrears of salary since June 2018 to December 19, (ii) Gratuity and Group Insurance, (iii) G.P.F. with up-to-date interest, (iv) Leave Encashment, (v) Dearness and Medical allowances, (vi) Arrears of pay differences since 01.04.1997 to 31.03.2007 under 5th pay revision, (vii) Arrears of pay differences since 01.04.2007 to 31.05.2018 under 6th pay revision,

Patna High Court CWJC No.7008 of 2020(2) dt.03-07-2020 2/2 (viii) Arrears of pensionary benefits under the 5th, 6th & 7th pay revision.

(iv) Fixation of pension under 7th pay revision, (x) All other legitimate dues payable to the petitioner."

The petitioner retired on 31.12.2019 after attaining the age of superannuation.

Considering the fact that the petitioner retired on 31.12.2019 and his grievance is that he has not been paid preretiral and and post retiral dues, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to ensure payment of all admissible dues and retiral benefits at the earliest preferably within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, failing which the petitioner shall be entitled to interest at the rate of 9% per annum from the date of retirement till the date of actual payment.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
