2. The petitioner by filing the present application seeks modification of the present application dated 18.12.2024 passed by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 77237 of 2024.

3. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that on account of inadvertence in the bail petition, the father name of the petitioner has been wrongly mentioned as Rajeev Ram in place of Sanjiv Ram @ Sanjeev Ram. Due to the aforesaid mistake, it is submitted that till date, the petitioner could not be able to furnish the bail bond and now he remained in custody for

4. Learned Advocate for the State has not made any serious objection.

5. Having considered the submissions advanced by learned Advocate for the respective parties and taking note of the photocopies of the Aadhar card filed on behalf of the petitioner as well as his father, the order dated 18.12.2024 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 77237 of 2024 stands modified. The name of the petitioner's father be read as Sanjiv Ram @ Sanjeev Ram in the cause title of the order dated 18.12.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.77237 of 2024.
