====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 02-11-2020 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the informant, Shri Arjun Kumar and the learned A.P.P., Shri Ashok Kumar.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 180 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 303, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. At the outset, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that since all the witnesses have been examined in the ongoing trial and the matter is pending only for final arguments, the learned trial court be directed to expedite the hearing.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition stands dismissed as not pressed, however, with a direction to the learned court of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22133 of 2020(3) dt.02-11-2020 2/2 A.D.J.-IV, Madhepura in connection with S.T. No. 22 of 2019, arising out of Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 180 of 2018, to make all endeavours to conclude the trial within a period of six months from today, with due intimation to the Registrar General of this Court.
