The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Adapur P.S. Case No. 306 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section 272 and 273 of I.P.C. and under Section 30(a) of Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

The contention raised on behalf of the applicant is that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case as there is no recovery from the physical possession of the petitioner. He is in custody since 17.10.2018. In view of the above, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail/bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge Cum Special Judge
