Petitioner Sugiya Devi is 72 years old seeks to renew her prayer for grant of anticipatory bail on the ground that the husband of the deceased is in custody and five witnesses in S.Tr. No.133/17, 41/17 have turned hostile.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is an old lady.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as also the petitioner is an old lady, let the petitioner, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.,, Jehanabad, in Kako P.S.Case No.106/15
