ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 19-08-2025 Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of Admission with the consent of both the counsels.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already given his representation dated 03.03.2025 to the Sub Divisional Officer, Aurangabad i.e. Respondent No. 5 herein. That the authority may be directed to consider the said representation and pass necessary orders by fixing a timeframe.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6143 of 2025(3) dt.19-08-2025 2/2 respondents State submits that there is no endorsement of the authority on the representation given by the petitioner and the petitioner may be directed to give a fresh representation and the same shall be considered in accordance with law.

4. Having regard to the above made submissions, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to give a suitable representation to the Respondent No. 5 within a period of four weeks from today. On such receipt of the representation, the authority shall consider the same and pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law. It is needless to mention that before passing any order, the petitioner shall be given an opportunity of hearing. The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the representation given by the petitioner. Any order passed shall be communicated to the parties.

5. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
