JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-05-2019 The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 18.02.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9544 of 2019 to the extent of correction in the name of the police station of the petitioner in the cause title which has been recorded as Samour Bhatha instead of Sampur Bhataha and the district name has been recorded as East Champaran instead of Sheohar.

It appears that the said mistake has been perpetuated in the order since it was wrongly mentioned in the main petition as well as in the Vakalatnama.

In the circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the main petition as well as in the Vakalatnama.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20694 of 2019(2) dt.08-05-2019 2/2 Let the name of the police station and district be read as Sampur Bhataha and Sheohar respectively. The period of surrender is extended by four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order in connection with Fenhara P.S. Case No. 101 of 2018, pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M. XII, Motihari, East Champaran. The order dated 18.02.2019 passed in Cr. Misc.
