2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 307/504/302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, on the false allegation of eve teasing of the daughter of the petitioner by the son of the informant, he (informant's son) was assaulted by fists, slaps, danda, bricks, etc. by all the FIR named accused persons including this petitioner causing him several injuries. Later on, injured died during course of treatment.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that from bare perusal of the FIR it is apparent that the petitioner is only alleged to be an order giver, thereafter other accused persons assaulted the victim. No overt act has been alleged against him. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in Jagdishpur Police Station Case No. 593 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
