In view of the submission and the undertaking of the learned counsel for the petitioners, at the time of hearing of this application through video conferencing, that he would remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office vide its notes dated 04.07.2020, within four weeks of starting of the Court proceeding in physical mode, he is permitted to remove the same accordingly.

Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that while this case is related to Bhojpur at Ara district, but, inadvertently, in the prayer portion of the bail application Buxar has wrongly been typed in place of Bhojpur at Ara. In view of the above submission, in the prayer portion

The petitioners seek bail in connection with Barahara P.S. Case No. 51 of 2020, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. The accusation is that in course of patrolling duty, four persons were seen on two motorcycles, while two persons boarded on Apache motorcycle without registration number fled away leaving the motorcycle, but petitioners, who were boarded on Pulsar motorcycle bearing registration No. BR03V-4660, were apprehended. On search of both motorcycles, 900 bottles, each containing 180 ML, country made liquor recovered.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 17.02.2020.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. District and Sessions Judge-II-cumSpecial Judge, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Excise Case
