The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 323, 353, 382 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per F.I.R., one of the co-accused Ashok Kumar, who was apprehended at the place of occurrence, disclosed the name of petitioner and others, as his associates. Petitioner has got no concern with the alleged seized tractors. He is neither owner nor driver of the tractor in question and he has been made accused in this case only on the basis of confession of co-accused.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23749 of 2023(2) dt.27-06-2023 2/2 the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Gaya in connection with Rampur P.S. Case No. 205 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
