The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Motihari Muffasil P.S. Case No. 115 of 2017 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the alleged recovery has been made from a bush of mango orchard which does not belong to this petitioner. Save and except suspicion there is nothing against this petitioner. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within

No.27271 of 2017 (3) dt.25-07-2017 a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari in connection with Motihari Muffasil P.S. Case No. 115 of 2017 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
