This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 06.12.2017 passed by learned A.C.J.M. 4, Ara, District- Bhojpur in Complaint Case No. 103 of 2017 whereby and whereunder learned A.C.J.M. 4, Ara took cognizance under section 500 of the Indian Penal Code against the petitioner and summon was issued against her.
3. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the court below, stage of the case has changed.
