ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 29-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Sadar P. S. Case No. 279 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 201 and 304B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that earlier the prayer for anticipatory bail was rejected by a coordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 23.12.2013. However, the trial of other accused i.e. husband of the deceased proceeded and he has been acquitted. It is further submitted that under the changed circumstances, the petitioner is renewing her prayer for bail for anticipatory bail.

Considering the changed circumstances, nature of

No.30481 of 2016 (2) dt.29-07-2016 2/2 allegation and that the main accused have been acquitted in the above case, let the petitioner, in the event of her arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sadar P. S. Case No. 279 of 2012 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438
