Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered u/s 341, 323, 504, 506 and 509 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 67 of the I.T. Act.

As per the prosecution case, the petitioner with the assistance of three companions is alleged to have made obscene video clip of the informant's daughter and made it viral to Md. Razaque for the purpose of preventing the marriage of the said

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24302 of 2022(2) dt.08-08-2022 2/2 girl. When the informant made complaint, the petitioner's mother abused and assaulted the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner has clean antecedent as stated at para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 10.02.2022 Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Sikti P.S. Case No. 167 of 2021.

The application stands allowed.
