The present writ application is filed for quashing the order of suspension of petitioner as contained in office order

Patna High Court CWJC No.5905 of 2024(4) dt.16-01-2025 2/2 memo no.465 dated 28.02.2024 issued by Secretary Bihar State Madarsa Education Board, Patna and consequent relief for payment of salary to petitioner.

Learned counsel for the Madarsa Board submits that suspension of the petitioner has been revoked. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits at Bar that petitioner has joined on 12.01.2025 but the remuneration has not been paid. 4.

Considering the aforesaid submission, I direct the petitioner to file a representation before the Secretary of Madarsa Board for payment of due remuneration within two weeks and Secretary of Madarsa Board is directed to pass reasoned and speaking order, if it is found that the petitioner has worked for the aforesaid period, then all the dues shall be paid within eight weeks thereafter.

With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
