The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pakarideyal P.S. Case No. 50 of 2016 for the offences registered under Sections 188, 358, 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Admittedly, there was Marpit at the Polling Centre and the name of the petitioner has been taken only on mere suspicion as he is named in connection with another case in which he has been extended the privilege of bail.
Considering the nature of allegation made against the

No.27333 of 2017 (2) dt.11-07-2017 petitioner and the fact that the petitioner is not named in the first information report, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 5th Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Pakarideyal P.S. Case No. 50 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Anjana Mishra, J) Jagdish/- U T
